About UBConnect and the position:
UBConnect is a market-leading builder of digital infrastructure for mobile networks in Norway. In 2023, we became a member of the Swedish Transtema Group and are continuing our growth out of Norway - in other Nordic countries. We are looking for new colleagues to join our Technical Documentation and Quality Control team in Serbia.
As an As Built Engineer, you will be responsible for as built documentation preparation according to field teams' input and customer standards.
In this role you will collaborate with the following internal departments: electro, transmission (MW, fiber), and construction as well as with external sources of information i.e., customer IT systems.

Your scope of duties:
- Continuous learning of customer installation standards
- Remote daily follow-up of the installation field teams (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, photos) and quality check
- Daily support of the installation field teams following the installation standards
- Quality control of the work performed (diagnosing and locating installation faults and standard deviations)
- Collecting photos from the installation teams and setting them up to the right format and name
- Production or update of different customer documents after the installation is completed
- Final quality check of the installation through photos delivered by the field teams
Requirements:
- University degree in Telecommunications
- Good computer skills: MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, photo editors
- Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Work experience in international and Scandinavian projects is an advantage (not a must)
