Due to the rapidly growing development of 5G networks and our continuous growth, for our office in Slovakia, we are looking for a new colleague who will join our international Project Support team.
Primary tasks:
- Facilitate and follow up on the communication between employees on-site and external parties in Norway
- Keep track of field teams' travels within Norway
- Provide high-level administrative support
- Prepare different reports, letters, statements, and other documents
- Documents translation
- Manage the flow of information, correspondence, corporate documents, records, and reports
The ideal candidate should have:
- University degree or secondary school degree
- Excellent knowledge of the Norwegian and/or Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
- Knowledge and experience in relevant MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, eloquence, and kindness
- Ability to work under pressure
- Independence in work and attention to details
